We are dedicated to helping you set the mood for your events with custom invitations, favors, name cards and the likes. We will work with you from beginning to end to ensure that your event leaves a lasting impression. If you have an idea you would like to incorporate, give us a call and we will work together to create a design that will reflect your personal style.

How it works:

:: Consultation ::

In order for us to understand your needs, we would like to meet with you, but of course if this is not possible we can correspond via phone or e-mail. We offer a one hour complimentary consultation at which time we will determine your needs, budget, vision and time frame. For wedding invitations, we recommend making an appointment with us as early as possible to allow ample time for design and production.

:: Estimate ::

Following the consultation we will prepare an estimate for your project. Estimates do not include shipping, freight, delivery charges or tax. Upon approval of the estimate, a signed letter of agreement and a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required ($200 deposit for weddings and $100 for all other events). This amount will be applied to your order.

:: Proofs ::

We will begin the design process and create two different proofs for you to select from. At which time we ask that you review spelling, type style, date and format. Client is entitled to two sets of revisions. Additional round of revisions will be billed at $35 each. Revisions will be applied to a final proof for approval. Note: Design proofs will be sent electronically within two weeks. However, depending on the intricacy of your project, it may be a bit longer. Please be patient, as we are working hard to create a unique style that will suit your event.

:: Production ::

Once the design proof has been approved, 50% of the remaining balance is due and a signed order confirmation is required before proceeding with production. Production can take any where from 2-6 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. Rush services are available for an additional fee. When production starts, cancellation of any orders are discouraged. However, if in the case you need to cancel, we understand, but please be advised that any payment received up to this point will be non-refundable. If the production of the project is near completion, we are unable to accept any cancellation.

Upon completion of the project, the remainder of the balance is due along with tax and shipping. Orders will be shipped once we have received payment in full.
